Heifer International Foundation
Heifer was founded on a simple belief: ending hunger begins with giving people the means to feed themselves. Since 1944, Heifer has helped more than 4 million hungry families in the United States and 118 other countries move toward self-reliance through the gift of food- and income-producing animals and training.
