You know the feeling you get when you wake up in the morning, and you are not hungry? You feel free and powerful because food just isn't appealing at all. You don't have to struggle to resist eating or eating too much. You don't have to feel guilt or shame as you begin a binge. You don't have to stand in front of the open refrigerator or cupboard wondering what is "safe" for you to eat.

Breakfast is the only meal that I eat ever single day, regardless of my hunger state. It may be smaller than it usually is, if I'm not hungry, but at least I eat a little something. I do like it, quite a bit I might add, when I am not hungry during the day and don't need to eat. That makes me happy. I do have the battle in my head though. It goes something like this, "I'm not hungry (yay) so I don't have to eat, but I should eat, but I'm not hungry so why should I eat? I'm supposed to eat, but eh, I don't need to eat." It goes something like that.
