What are the benefits of cutting out all sugar from my diet?
Not much. There are plenty of benefits from not overloading on sugar. But eliminating sugar completely could be a major problem. It can contribute to binge eating and massive cravings for sweets and heavy duty carbs.
If you use artificial sweeteners, you will get a taste of sweet in your mouth. But your brain will not recognize
