Eating Disorders and Sleep Deprivation

What are the benefits of cutting out all sugar from my diet?
Not much. There are plenty of benefits from not overloading on sugar. But eliminating sugar completely could be a major problem. It can contribute to binge eating and massive cravings for sweets and heavy duty carbs.
